What requirements do I have to meet to rent a car?To rent a car in Flex To Go you must be at least 25 years old and have a driving licence valid for at least 12 months.
Where is the car rental company located?Our car rentals are located at airports, including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Gdańsk, Cologne but also at smaller airports such as Rzeszów.
Are cars rented by Flex To Go insured?In accordance with the highest standards that apply in our industry, all our cars have valid third party liability and comprehensive insurance.
For how long can I rent a car?You can rent a car even for an hour, but you will be charged for 24 hours – according to our price list. We are open to long-term rental, the length of which you can specify yourself.
How to rent a car?To rent a car, first pre-book it through our website. Here you will specify the date of the car’s pickup and return. You will sign the agreement in the rental’s office where you pick up the car. Do not forget to bring your identity document
I was involved in a road collision. What should I do?Above all, take care of your safety and the safety of passengers and other participants in the collision. Then call the police, who will draw up a collision report. Also, call the office from which you rented the car – our staff will tell you the next steps.
How much does it cost to rent a car?Renting a car from Flex To Go depends on several factors. The basic one is the class of the car and the length of the rental. Then the rental price depends on selected services, e.g. lack of co-payment, additional equipment or fuel prepayment.
Can I prolong car rental?Yes, if you want to rent a car for a longer period of time, you must let us know by e-mail, phone or in person 24 hours before the end of the rental period.
What cars can I rent?Our offer includes cars of various classes – from city cars to SUVs. Their availability depends on the location.
I am not 25 years old yet. Can I still rent a car?Yes, you can still use the rental service, but under specific conditions. You will find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
On which card can the deposit be blocked?In order to block the deposit, the customer must have a valid credit card with a minimum of 6 months until the expiry date. The card must be in the name of the main driver, first and last name ( minimum initials). The deposit will be unblocked automatically by the cardholder's bank within 14 to 30 days.
