At what age can a car be rented?

At Flex To Go, we believe that a car can be rented by anyone who is over 20 years old and has had an valid driving license for at least 12 months. Thanks to this, we can be sure that the car is rented by a person who already has driving experience. However, this does not apply to all cars. In case of vans and premium cars, we require the driver to be at least 25 years of age. What if you have a valid driving license but are younger? You can still rent a car, but there will be a small additional fee per each rental day.

In case of seniors, we do not have the upper age limit, but the rule regarding the validity of the driving license still applies. In addition to that, people over 70 will be charged an additional fee. This is associated with a higher risk of a road accident. As for the driving license, our terms state that any driver who wishes to rent a car must have it valid for a minimum of 12 months by the time of the start of their rental.
