Quality Manager
We are looking for a Quality Manager who will passionately and professionally take care of every detail — from the technical condition of our cars to delivering top-level customer service. Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and supervising customer service quality standards at our rental branches.
Monitoring customer satisfaction (surveys, NPS/CSI, complaint analysis) and implementing corrective actions.
Conducting regular operational and quality audits at branches.
Collaborating with operations, sales, and customer service teams to optimize processes.
Analyzing quality KPIs and reporting results to management (Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or Net Promoter Score (NPS)).
Training employees on service standards and quality procedures.
Ensuring process compliance with applicable legal regulations (GDPR).
Controlling vehicles condition based on audits, documentation analysis, and rental-related complaints.
Requirements:
Experience in the rent-a-car industry.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service, quality, audits, operations).
Experience in developing and implementing customer service quality standards.
Knowledge of customer satisfaction monitoring tools (NPS, CSI, surveys).
Experience in teaching employees about service standards and operational processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – reporting and data analysis.
Ability to analyze KPIs and draw conclusions based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving attitude.
