Join our team as a Complaints and Customer Service Specialist!

Your responsibilities
Customer service via email regarding complaints
Processing customer complaints, preparing written responses to customer complaints
Monitoring the flow and timeliness of complaint resolution and feedback
Maintaining positive customer relations
Administrative support for the sales and rental billing departments
Co-operation with other departments to ensure the best customer service.
Our requirements
English language skills at B1/B2 level - customer service
Communication skills and very good self-organisation
Accuracy and punctuality in the performance of duties
Experience in customer service.
