Join our team as a Complaints and Customer Service Specialist!

In our company, we focus on the quality of service and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer service via email regarding complaints

  • Processing customer complaints, preparing written responses to customer complaints

  • Monitoring the flow and timeliness of complaint resolution and feedback

  • Maintaining positive customer relations

  • Administrative support for the sales and rental billing departments

  • Co-operation with other departments to ensure the best customer service.

Our requirements

  • English language skills at B1/B2 level - customer service

  • Communication skills and very good self-organisation

  • Accuracy and punctuality in the performance of duties

  • Experience in customer service.
